The frontline in problem solving. Our talented service desk team assist our customers every day – they track, monitor and respond to communications from customers, help troubleshoot issues and provide information about the product & services and provide suggestions for improvements. Familiar with all aspects of the solutions they support and our own business, their practical, analytical approach helps to connect customers with a higher level of support when needed and share valuable customer feedback with leaders across the organisation.

Working on Tambla’s service desk can be more rewarding than you may think – client facing roles are always needed and the service desk is a good place to start. From here there are opportunities to move toward Technical Sales, Service Delivery, Development and Business Analyst roles.

Our Service Delivery team are widely regarded as the subject matter experts in their field. Delivering and managing projects for customers, undertaking business analysis for specific problems or requirements, implementing new and innovative solutions that drive real savings for clients are all in a day’s work. Whether it’s implementing a new system for a new client, or simply updating configuration for an existing client, the work is varied and fast paced.

From analytical problem solvers through to business operations and HR process experts, our diverse team bring unique perspective to every interaction and work with enterprise and government clients every day.

Tambla’s hybrid Product and Development teams work on technical projects and product development – delivering our market leading software solutions. The team comprises, UX, Front-end and Back-end developers and we are always on the lookout for talented individuals.

Supporting the development team are our Business Analysts who work on functional specifications – mapping customer requirements to development plans and QA Analysts – testing product developments in meticulous detail.

Account Managers and Account Executives work with our customers to forge long-term valued relationships. They act as a conduit into our business and advocate for clients – driving successful business outcomes. They may be generalists across several industries or experts in a particular market segment, but no matter which, their core focus is on addressing customer needs. Business Development Managers work to identify potential new clients and pitch the company’s products or services to them.


Both are supported by Solutions Consultants who themselves are subject matter experts with exceptional communications and presentation skills. The respond to complex needs, present technical solutions to business challenges in everyday language and conduct demonstrations of our products to assist the process.

The Finance and Admin teams provide the business with office administration and accounting skills. They support every area of the company and take responsibility for not only paying invoices and employees – but organising staff events, get togethers and the monthly office BBQ ! They have may have a laser focus on the numbers, but they always keep one eye on the wellbeing of our team.

The P&C team support and incentivise our people to allow them to perform at their best while also pursuing their passion.

We are passionate about engagement and continuous development of our people is our core goal.
