Australian intelligent workforce solutions company Tambla Limited (‘Tambla’) is excited to announce the acquisition of respected SAP payroll and HXM consultancy, Pendragon Consultants Pty Ltd (Pendragon).

With over 25 years’ experience in the large enterprise and government sectors, Pendragon is a respected SAP payroll and WFM consultancy that provides payroll services and SAP system integration for its long-term government and large enterprise customers.  With the majority of staff based in Brisbane, Pendragon will provide further capability and support for Tambla’s growing national customer base.

Tambla’s innovative workforce management solutions and long-term industry experience is well recognised for managing and optimising the complex workforce environments of its global  customer base, particularly in Australia and New Zealand.  With its existing SAP HXM and Payroll customers and integrations, Tambla believes this acquisition will provide additional capacity, customers and capability to support its existing customers, and also the opportunity to introduce its seamless, complementary solutions to Pendragon’s customers who are operating in today’s increasingly challenging workforce and payroll environments.

The acquisition will have a positive impact to the professional services revenue and EBTIDA of Tambla and will allow Tambla to strengthen its presence in the complex ANZ Healthcare and government verticals.

Commentary

Tambla’s Managing Director Chris Fydler commented: “Tambla has provided workforce management solutions to Australia’s and New Zealand’s large government and enterprise organisations for nearly two decades. The addition of Pendragon’s SAP payroll and HXM capability means that we will be one of only a very few organisations that can truly provide an end-to-end HXM solution for the complex ANZ enterprise markets.”

“We are excited by this new addition to the Tambla family, which brings increased scale and capability to the products and services that we are able to provide our valued customers. “

“Tambla has a well-defined growth strategy to achieve critical mass in the industry sectors in which it operates. We are doing this by focussing our solutions in both the enterprise and government sectors.”
