As we approach the end of 2019, we would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers and partners and inform you of our holiday closing period for December and January. As always, we will maintain reduced help-desk coverage outside of the public holidays, however the rest of Tambla will be taking a well earned break to recharge for an exciting 2020.
Operating Hours for December 2019 and January 2020
The main office will close for business on Friday 20th December and will reopen at on Monday 6th January. During this time, we will have a reduced help-desk, infrastructure and consulting team in place to continue to provide you critical support.
The Tambla Service Desk provides standard service hours between 08:30 and 17:30 AEST on business days (Monday to Friday excluding days that are gazetted as public holidays in NSW).
The following days and dates are gazetted public holidays in NSW:
- Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day)
- Thursday, December 26th (Boxing Day)
- Wednesday, January 1st (New Year’s Day)
- Monday, January 27th (Australia Day Holiday)
