A recent survey of OHS and Risk managers, CEOs and other senior business managers conducted by Tambla at the 2012 Melbourne Safety in Actions show, has revealed that People, Culture and Process are the three critical components that encompass a successful zero harm campaign, however, many Australian organisations are still struggling with one or more of these areas.
